Job summary

BWF Legal Recruitment is seeking an Employment Solicitor with 3+ years' PQE to handle a varied caseload, gain excellent client exposure, and help shape the development of the department within a successful law firm.

You will manage matters end-to-end, work closely with the Head of Employment, and act as a key support for colleagues, building trusted relationships through client meetings, calls, and remote appointments, while also attending hearings where required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' PQE as an Employment Solicitor.
• Organised and commercially aware with the ability to manage a busy caseload.
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage a varied employment caseload from start to finish.
• Represent clients at hearings and attend meetings as required.
• Maintain and develop client relationships through face-to-face, telephone, and remote appointments.
• Support Head of Employment and share knowledge to uphold high team standards.
• Contribute to departmental performance and business development opportunities.
