BWF Legal Recruitment is seeking an experienced Employment Solicitor to join a successful, well-established practice with a strong commercial client base. You will advise businesses on a broad spectrum of employment matters, delivering practical solutions.

You will join the Commercial department and work with a mix of SME and national clients, with real career progression opportunities and a benefits package including hybrid working, 25 days' leave and more.

Formación

• Minimum 2 years' PQE in employment law.
• Experience advising businesses on contentious and non-contentious matters.
• Ability to handle a broad range of issues from SMEs to national clients.

Responsabilidades

• Drafting and advising on employment contracts and related documentation
• Supporting clients through disciplinary and grievance processes
• Providing advice on dismissals and redundancy situations
• Handling employment discrimination matters
• TUPE
• Negotiating and advising on settlement agreements
• Managing a range of contentious and non-contentious employment law cases
