The successful candidate will handle complex contentious matters, participate in restructures across jurisdictions, and contribute to trainee and paralegal development, as well as client and business development initiatives.

Qualifications

• Must be a Solicitor of England & Wales
• Desirable PQE of 3-5 years

Responsibilities

• Complex contentious matters involve discrimination, whistleblowing, breach of contract.
• Non-contentious projects including restructures across multiple jurisdictions.
• Developing and assisting trainees and paralegals.
• Client development, business development and networking initiatives.
