Lex Exec, a boutique UK legal recruitment consultancy, is recruiting Employment Associates and Senior Associates for top London firms.

You will advise sophisticated employers, manage Employment Tribunal litigation, exits, restrictive covenants, and corporate employment matters, with hybrid working options.

Candidates should have 2–7 PQE, strong Employment law knowledge, and excellent drafting and communication skills. Base pay £80,000–£125,000 per year.

Formación

• Qualified Employment Solicitors with approximately 2–7 PQE.
• Experience in a recognised Employment practice.
• Strong technical Employment law knowledge and sound commercial judgement.
• Experience handling contentious matters, Employment Tribunal litigation, and/or employer advisory work.
• Excellent drafting and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Advising sophisticated employers, senior executives, and international businesses on complex employment matters.
• Managing complex Employment Tribunal litigation including discrimination, whistleblowing, and unfair dismissal claims.
• Handling senior executive disputes, exits, negotiated settlements, restrictive covenants, and team moves.
• Conducting workplace investigations and strategic employer-side advisory work.
• Managing restructuring, redundancy, collective consultation, and employment aspects of corporate transactions.

Key Eligibility Criteria

• Qualified Employment Solicitors with approximately 2–7 PQE.
• Prior experience developed within a recognised Employment practice.
• Strong technical Employment law knowledge and sound commercial judgment.
• Experience handling contentious matters, Employment Tribunal litigation, and/or employer advisory work.
• Excellent drafting and communication skills.

Responsibilities & Scope of Work

Stipend, Compensation & Mode

• Base Pay Range: £80,000.00/yr - £125,000.00/yr (dependent on skills and experience).
• Mode: Full-time with hybrid working options available.
