Motus Legal Recruitment is partnering with a top-tier law firm in the London Area to recruit an Employment Solicitor/Associate with 1–3 years PQE. The role covers boardroom-level advisory, complex workforce issues, and cross-border matters across the UK, Europe, the Middle East, and Asia.

You will handle tribunal litigation, redundancy planning, and employment contracts while providing strategic advice to multinational clients in retail, hospitality, and food & beverage sectors.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years PQE in employment law required.
• Broad experience in employment matters within a reputable practice.
• Strong analytical, advisory and collaborative capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Handle tribunal litigation, discrimination cases, whistleblowing and investigations.

Key Eligibility Criteria

• Experience: 1 to 3 years Post-Qualification Experience (PQE) as an Employment Solicitor.
• Background: Proven background in handling broad employment law matters in a reputable legal practice.
• Skills: Strong analytical, advisory, and litigation capabilities with an ambitious and collaborative approach.

Responsibilities & Scope of Work

• Handling tribunal litigation, discrimination cases, whistleblowing claims, and workplace investigations.
• Drafting and reviewing employment contracts, restrictive covenants, and handling TUPE, restructuring, and redundancies.
• Providing strategic executive advisory and handling international employment matters for listed multinationals, retail, hospitality, and food & beverage leaders.
