Job summary

TSR Legal is seeking an Employment Solicitor to join its established team. You will advise employers on a broad range of workplace matters, including advisory and contentious work, and help clients navigate complex challenges with practical guidance.

You will draft and review contracts, settlements, policies and procedures, handle disciplinaries, redundancies, restructures, and TUPE transfers, while developing lasting client relationships across sectors.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex issues clearly.
• Practical, commercially aware approach to problem-solving.
• Ability to manage a varied caseload and develop lasting client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Advise employers on disciplinary matters, grievances, performance management and other employment issues.
• Draft and review employment contracts, settlement agreements, policies and procedures.
• Support clients with redundancies, restructures, TUPE transfers and wider business changes.
• Manage employment disputes and assist with Employment Tribunal claims.
• Provide commercially focused advice to help clients resolve workplace issues and manage risk.
