Job summary

Right Match Recruitment Group, in partnership with a forward-thinking law firm, is seeking an Employment Solicitor with 4+ years PQE in Orpington. The role offers a hybrid pattern (2 days home / 3 days in the office) and a salary of £55,000+ DOE.

You will manage a varied caseload, both for employers and employees, with opportunities to develop the department further. Key duties include handling Employment Tribunals, TUPE, Settlement Agreements, Mediation, and advising on general employment

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Employment Solicitor with 4+ years PQE to join a progressive firm where your expertise will be valued, your contribution recognised and your career development supported.

Your Next Step

You will become an integral part of the Employment team, handling a varied caseload for both employers and employees.

Your work will include:

Employment Tribunals Litigation TUPE Settlement Agreements Mediation Policies & Procedures General Employment Advice

You will manage your own matters and client relationships, whilst working alongside Partners and experienced colleagues.

There is also scope to become increasingly involved in the development and growth of the department, making this an excellent role for someone who wants more than simply managing a caseload.

A Role With Responsibility

As an experienced member of the team, you will have the opportunity to mentor NQ Solicitors and support junior members of the department, sharing your experience and helping others develop.

You will also work closely with the department's support staff, contributing to a collaborative environment where everyone plays an important role in delivering an excellent service to clients.
