G2 Legal Limited is seeking an Employment Solicitor with 3+ years PQE for a hybrid role in Orpington, Kent. The successful candidate will handle a diversified caseload, advising employers and employees and working closely with an established Employment team.

You will manage contentious and non-contentious matters, draft agreements, and provide practical, commercially-focused advice while benefiting from partner involvement and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitor with 3+ years' PQE in Employment Law.
• Experience handling both contentious and non-contentious matters.
• Strong client-care and communication skills.
• Able to manage own caseload while working in a team.

Responsibilities

• Handle a diverse caseload of employment matters.
• Provide practical, commercially-focused advice to clients.
• Draft and review employment documentation.
• Represent clients in Employment Tribunal and non-contentious matters.
• Support HR policies, staff handbooks and TUPE matters.
• Maintain file integrity and regular client updates.

Employment Solicitor (3+ Years PQE)

This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a successful, partner-led Employment team advising both employers and employees on a broad range of contentious and non-contentious employment matters. The Role

You will handle a diverse caseload of employment matters and work closely with colleagues across other specialist departments to deliver practical, commercially focused advice.

The work will include:

• Employment Tribunal claims
• Workplace disputes and litigation
• Settlement Agreements
• TUPE matters
• Disciplinary and grievance procedures
• Employment contracts and staff handbooks
• HR policies and procedures
• Redundancy and restructuring advice
• Mediation and dispute resolution

This role offers an excellent mix of employer and employee work, with exposure to a varied client base ranging from individuals to SMEs and established businesses.
