Job summary

Real Employment Law Advice Limited is seeking an Employment Solicitor with 2+ years’ PQE to join a growing practice. This is a fully remote role based in the UK, offering autonomy, flexibility and exposure to a varied caseload.

You will represent both employers and employees in contentious matters, draft pleadings and statements, and manage cases with minimal supervision while delivering high standards of client care. A competitive salary and profit share are provided along with benefits.

Qualifications

• Qualified solicitor with at least 2 years’ PQE in employment law.
• Experience handling employment tribunal litigation.
• Ability to manage a caseload independently with minimal supervision.
• Experience acting for both employers and employees.
• Excellent drafting, advocacy, and communication skills.
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
• Comfortable working in a fully remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Managing a diverse caseload of employment tribunal litigation from start to finish.
• Advising both employers and employees on disputes including unfair dismissal, discrimination, whistleblowing, and breach of contract.
• Drafting pleadings, witness statements, and settlement agreements.
• Representing clients in employment tribunal proceedings.
• Providing strategic, commercially focused advice.
• Maintaining strong client relationships and delivering excellent client care.

Location: Fully Remote however you must be based in the UK

Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 + profit share and benefits

You must be a fully qualified Solicitor working in private practice currently.

About the Role
