Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:30pm
Salary: £42,000 - £58,000 dependent on experience

This respected and modern law firm is seeking a skilled Employment Solicitor with at least 2 years’ PQE to join their expanding employment law team. You'll work closely with senior leadership and experienced colleagues to deliver high-calibre legal support to a diverse client base, from individuals to growing SMEs.

As an Employment Solicitor in this team, you will be encouraged to take ownership of your caseload, contribute to business development, and build lasting client relationships. The role offers a clear pathway for progression and flexibility to maintain a healthy work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities for the Employment Solicitor Role:

• Advising individuals and businesses on a broad range of employment law issues
• Drafting contracts, policies, and guidance to keep clients compliant and confident
• Managing contentious and non-contentious employment matters
• Developing strong relationships with referrers, clients, and commercial partners
