Law Staff Legal Recruitment is seeking an Employment Solicitor (2–5 years PQE+) for a Top 200 client to handle a broad mix of contentious and non-contentious employment work in a supportive team. The role includes day-to-day HR advice, drafting contracts and handbooks, settlements and tribunals work, TUPE due diligence, and advocacy.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years PQE+ with solid experience advising on day-to-day HR and employment law issues.
• Experience drafting employment contracts, policies, and staff handbooks.
• Proven experience handling Settlement Agreements, redundancy matters, and Employment Tribunal claims.
• Experience supporting corporate transactions with employment law input, including TUPE and due diligence.
• Exposure to both claimant and respondent employment work.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and marketing skills

Responsibilities
