We are seeking an Employment Solicitor to join this well-established boutique law firm.

Job Description:
You will have the chance to join a growing law firm in their employment department.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Advise clients on a full range of employment law matters, including unfair dismissal, discrimination, redundancy, TUPE, whistleblowing, and restrictive covenants.
  • Draft and review employment contracts, policies, and staff handbooks to ensure compliance with current legislation and best practices.
  • Manage contentious employment matters, including representing clients at Employment Tribunals, handling ACAS conciliation, and negotiating settlement agreements.
  • Provide day-to-day advisory support to HR professionals, in-house counsel, and business leaders on workplace issues and employee relations.

Candidate Requirements:

  • 2-4 years PQE
  • Experience advising both employers and employees across a variety of sectors
