We are seeking an experienced Employment Solicitor to join a global law firm's Liverpool office. This role offers the chance to manage a full range of employment tribunal litigation within a collaborative and fast-paced team.

Description

The Employment Solicitor will be responsible for a range of matters including:

1. Full range of tribunal litigation covering all aspects of employment law.
2. Advising HR, In-house Counsel, and other stakeholders on a variety of employee relations issues.
3. Drafting, reviewing, and advising on HR policies, employment contracts, and directors' service agreements.
4. Acting for high net worth individuals to negotiate service agreements, team moves, or termination arrangements.
5. Advising internationally based clients on employment law in the UK and coordinating international projects and advice.
6. High Court proceedings relating to business protection for employers or employees.

Profile

You should have approximately 4+ PQE with experience in employment law.
