Kingsley Wood is seeking an experienced employment solicitor to join as a Partner, taking control of client relationships, fee arrangements, and driving business development within a flexible, autonomy-rich model.

Ideal candidates will have 4+ years PQE in employment law, strong drafting, and a flair for generating work. This role offers ownership of client following and a balanced, modern working environment.

The Role

We are seeking an employment solicitor with strong experience across a broad range of complex employment law to work in the capacity of a Partner and participating in business development.

The Candidate

You will be an experienced, commercially astute lawyer who:

• 4 years’+ PQE in employment law
• Demonstrates strong technical drafting and advocacy skills
• Is comfortable generating work through existing contacts and business development initiatives
• Is ambitious, entrepreneurial, and motivated to grow their own client following
• Thrives in a flexible, modern working environment

Candidates with an existing client following or clear business plan will be particularly attractive.
