Job summary

Sellick Partnership is recruiting an Employment Lawyer to join a reputable organisation in the North West on a locum basis while they undertake permanent recruitment.

The role involves conducting claims and litigation, advocacy in tribunals and courts where appropriate, and providing legal advice to colleagues on issues affecting teachers in the region. Training staff will also be part of the remit.

• To undertake the representation, including advocacy when appropriate in the tribunals and courts, internal hearings and other procedures when required
• To provide advice and support to colleagues on legal issues affecting teachers in the region
• To contribute to the training of staff

The successful candidate will ideally be able to undertake this role on a full-time basis, however candidates seeking a part-time working pattern will be considered. Ideally some attendance in Bolton.
