Job summary

Sellick Partnership is recruiting an Education Lawyer to join a reputable organisation in the North West on a locum basis while permanent recruitment is undertaken. The role is based in Bolton with hybrid working and flexible rates of pay.

Responsibilities include conducting claims and litigation, advocating in tribunals and courts when required, advising colleagues on legal issues affecting teachers in the region, and contributing to staff training.

Qualifications

• Experience conducting claims and litigation.
• Advocacy in tribunals and courts when appropriate.
• Ability to provide clear legal advice on issues affecting teachers.
• Contribution to staff training and development.

The successful Education Lawyer will ideally be able to undertake this role on a full-time basis, however candidates seeking a part-time working pattern will be considered. Ideally some attendance in Bolton.
