Job summary

Executive Network Legal Ltd in Exeter is seeking an ambitious Employment Solicitor to join the highly regarded Employment team. The role offers the chance to work on a varied caseload with employers, senior executives and HR professionals on strategic and day-to-day matters.

You will handle complex disputes, support disciplinary and performance processes, and draft policies and settlement agreements while contributing to mergers and other corporate transactions.

Qualifications

• Applications are sought from Employment Solicitors with a minimum of 3 Years PQE.
• Strong technical knowledge across a broad range of employment law matters.
• Experience advising employers, with exposure to employee work also welcomed.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• A commercial, solutions-focused approach to client advice.
• The ability to manage a varied workload effectively while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
• Confidence in taking ownership of matters and working collaboratively with colleagues across the firm.

Employment Solicitor, 3+ Years PQE, Exeter, £60,000+ (DOE) - We're seeking an ambitious Employment Solicitor to join a highly regarded Employment team in Exeter.
