The candidate will advise on complex tribunal and high court litigation, support strategic advisory work and lead cross-border projects, with a flexible hybrid working model and strong career progression opportunities.

Qualifications

• Five to ten years PQE in London is required.

Responsibilities

• Advising on complex Employment Tribunal and High Court litigation
• Supporting strategic employment advisory work on business-critical issues
• Leading aspects of cross-border employment projects and restructures
• Advising on executive appointments, exits and sensitive workforce issues
• Supporting TUPE, outsourcing and employment aspects of corporate matters
• Handling restrictive covenants and business protection issues
• Managing your own caseload with significant client exposure

You will sit within a well-resourced London team supported by a large international employment platform, providing access to cross-border projects and career-defining work across multiple sectors including technology, retail and life sciences.

The Role

• Advising on complex Employment Tribunal and High Court litigation
• Supporting strategic employment advisory work on business-critical issues

The Candidate

• Qualified Employment Solicitor with 5–10 years PQE in London
• Strong experience gained within a City or international firm environment
• Background advising on complex employment litigation and advisory matters
• Experience with restrictive covenants and business protection preferred
• Commercial, pragmatic and solutions-focused approach
• Confident communicator with strong drafting and negotiation skills
• Comfortable managing client relationships and senior stakeholders
• Ambitious, proactive and keen to progress within an international platform

• Salary up to £160,000 depending on experience
