Job summary

G2 Legal Limited, Birmingham office, is recruiting an Employment Solicitor to join its growing team and handle a varied caseload of contentious and non-contentious matters for a diverse client base.

You will advise on redundancies, disciplinaries, TUPE, absence management and Settlement Agreements; represent clients in Employment Tribunals and higher courts; build strong client relationships, contribute to business development, and mentor junior lawyers in a collaborative, inclusive environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in redundancies, disciplinaries, grievances, TUPE, absence management, and Settlement Agreements.
• Represent clients in Employment Tribunal claims and higher court proceedings.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
• Contribute to business development and networking opportunities.
• Mentor junior lawyers and support a collaborative practice.

Employment Solicitor – Birmingham

A leading national law firm is looking to appoint an Employment Solicitor to join its highly regarded and growing Birmingham team.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Employment Lawyer to work on a varied caseload covering both contentious and non-contentious employment matters, advising a diverse range of clients.

The Role

• Advise on redundancies, disciplinary and grievance matters, TUPE, absence management and Settlement Agreements
• Represent clients in Employment Tribunal claims and higher court proceedings
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships
• Contribute to business development and networking opportunities
• Support and mentor junior members of the team

About You

• Technically strong and commercially minded Employment Lawyer
• Excellent client-facing and communication skills
• Experience mentoring or developing junior Lawyers is advantageous
• Genuine interest in contributing to the continued growth of a successful employment practice
