Job summary

Errington Legal in the UK is seeking an experienced Employment Senior Associate/Partner to shape and grow the firm's employment offering in Suffolk, with hybrid working.

You will provide strategic advice across a broad range of employment matters, represent clients in tribunals, and lead business development initiatives.

You will also mentor junior lawyers and play a key role in building a high-performing, inclusive team committed to client service.
