LHH is partnering with a leading Tier 1 international in Oxford to recruit an experienced Employment Associate. The role covers a broad range of contentious and non-contentious matters for a varied client base, with strong mentoring and clear progression.

Circa 2–5 years' PQE in employment law, a commercial mindset and excellent relationship-building skills are sought. The firm offers hybrid working, a supportive culture, and structured training to support career development.

Responsibilities

• Advising on a broad range of contentious and non-contentious employment matters
• Supporting on Employment Tribunal litigation, workplace investigations, restructures, redundancies, TUPE and day-to-day HR advisory work
• Assisting senior members of the team on complex matters while developing and managing your own caseload
• Working closely with clients to provide practical, commercially focused advice on strategic employment issues
• Building strong client relationships and contributing to business development initiatives as part of a highly regarded team

Recognised for its expertise across the full spectrum of employment law, the team handles both contentious and non-contentious matters, providing commercially focused and pragmatic advice on complex workplace issues.

The Role

• Advising on a broad range of contentious and non-contentious employment matters
