Candidates should possess over 8 years of PQE in employment law and demonstrate the ability to enhance the firm's service offerings in the North West.

Qualifications

• Employment Partner with 8+ years PQE required.
• Experience in employment law including TUPE, HR contracts, and whistleblowing.
• Ability to handle both contentious and non-contentious matters.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the Head of Department on Employment cases.
• Manage a diverse caseload including TUPE and corporate support.
• Contribute to a collaborative and growth-oriented team environment.

The Role

This firm are looking for a heavy hitting Employment Partner to come in and work alongside their Head of Department.

The department deals with a broad range of Employment cases which include contentious and non-contentious matters. The team are looking for someone to compliment their existing offer and service which covers the following: -

• TUPE
• HR contracts
• Whistleblowing and related contentious matters
• Pension related employment matters
• Corporate Support
