The role
The firm is seeking to hire an Employment Partner for its West End office. You will be at the forefront of this industry-leading team, working with the Partners to drive the department forwards.
You will handle all forms of employment law issues for commercial and private clients and build and develop your caseload with a commercial emphasis. You will be expected to be able to handle matters including but not limited to; Employment Tribunals, TUPE, Covenant Disputes, and data protection, amongst other elements. These specialisms would make for a very interesting and varied caseload.
Requirements
Salary is above market rate and negotiable depending on your background and level of experience, plus an excellent benefits package. Equity is on offer for the right level candidate/clear route into Equity within a PEP over £500k+.
