Job summary

Confidential, a leading law firm in London, is seeking an Employment Paralegal to join its established Employment team. This role offers exposure to a broad mix of contentious and non-contentious matters, supporting solicitors and partners across advisory work, disputes and tribunal preparation.

You will gain hands-on experience across the full employment law process, including drafting, case preparation and client support.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in employment law within a law firm.
• Strong drafting and legal research skills.
• Experience supporting tribunal or advisory employment matters.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

The Role

As the Employment Paralegal you will support solicitors across a varied caseload of employment matters.

The role will include:

• Supporting contentious and non-contentious employment law matters
• Drafting employment contracts, settlement agreements and legal correspondence
• Preparing case documents, bundles and witness statements
• Conducting legal research across employment law issues
• Assisting with Employment Tribunal preparation and proceedings
• Managing case files and maintaining accurate records

The Employment Paralegal?

You will have prior experience in employment law and a strong understanding of both advisory and contentious employment matters.
