Job Description:

Hydrogen is working with a leading Investment Manager seeking a highly qualified and driven Employment Lawyer to join their well-respected legal team at a VP level. This is an excellent opportunity for a lawyer looking for a broad and exciting in-house role, supporting the EMEA business across a full range of employment matters.

As a member of the Employment team, you will manage stakeholder relationships across the business and be involved in a wide range of contentious and non-contentious matters, including grievances, performance management, disciplinaries, flexible working applications, redundancies, mutual separation agreements, TUPE transfers, Employment Tribunal and Labour Court litigation, ACAS early conciliation, and more.

Skills required:

• A minimum of 3 years PQE gained either in private practice or in-house.
• Comprehensive and relevant employment law experience.
• Experience working with senior stakeholders and advising board-level members regularly.
