The Role:

• Manage a varied caseload of residential and commercial property matters.
• Advise clients on high-value sales and purchases, financing, and de-enveloping on houses, flats, and off-plan new builds.
• Work on Transfer of Equity & Deeds of Variation, End-to-End Property Transactions, with expertise in New Builds and Leasehold properties.
• Play a key role in a collaborative and supportive residential property team.

You must be able to manage a mixed caseload of both residential and commercial matters and work 5 days on-site for this role.

What You’ll Bring:

• A qualified Solicitor admitted in England and Wales with at least NQ-3PQE in Residential and Commercial Property.
• Strong technical knowledge of the residential and commercial property market and conveyancing process.
• Proven experience in residential conveyancing, including leasehold transactions impacted by the Building Safety Act.
• Experience working with HNW clients and managing complex property transactions.
• Organised, with excellent attention to detail and a positive problem-solving approach, providing clients with the best advice with a commercial focus.
• Commitment to delivering excellent client care.
• Professional, friendly, and capable of building relationships with colleagues, clients, and business introducers.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
