IPS Group Limited is seeking an Employment Lawyer at Associate/Senior Associate level with 2+ PQE to join its Manchester office. You will manage a high quality caseload across contentious and non-contentious matters for a range of clients.

The firm supports hybrid and flexible working with excellent benefits, and operates within a national Employment Team.

Salary ranges from £65,000 to £90,000 per year, reflecting experience and seniority, with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 2+ PQE in employment law is desirable.
• High degree of commercial awareness and ability to develop client relationships.

Due to continued growth this national Top 50 law firm is looking to expand their highly ranked Employment Team with the addition of several employment lawyers with 2-8 years PQE.

The employment department operates collaboratively as one national team across all offices with the support of several dedicated knowledge management lawyers. You will be managing your own high quality caseload comprising contentious and non-contentious matters across a variety of business sectors on behalf of the firms clients.

To succeed in this role you will ideally have at least 2 years PQE in employment law with a high degree of commercial awareness and a desire and ability to maintain and develop client relationships.
