Employment Lawyer 3+ To £££

This dynamic, top 30 City firm is looking to hire an ambitious employment lawyer to join their highly regarded team and enjoy working with FTSE clients on both national and international matters. Responsibilities include strategic employment law advice, complex employment tribunal claims, cross-border issues, restructuring and redundancy, complex grievances at a senior level including discrimination and whistleblowing complaints, and senior executive/boardroom issues. The role also involves high-value and High Court litigation, so experience in this area will be advantageous. The firm's client base includes financial services, life sciences, and infrastructure, and they also advise on M&A and outsourcing, so an interest in this work is beneficial.
