About the Role:

You will advise a diverse range of clients on all aspects of employment law, including complex disputes and daily HR matters. You will work with employers and senior executives across the financial and professional services sectors.

Responsibilities:

• Advising clients on employment law issues such as unfair dismissal, discrimination, whistleblowing, and TUPE.
• Drafting and negotiating employment contracts, settlement agreements, and related documents.
• Assisting with employment tribunal claims and mediations.

Key Skills and Experience:

1-3 PQE with experience in employment law, gained either in private practice or in-house.
