This market-leading Legal 500 firm seeks a Solicitor with 1-3 years PQE and experience in Clinical Negligence to join their successful team in the City of London.

You will be part of their respected Complex Injury department, handling some of the most serious and high-value claims.

Your responsibilities will include managing a caseload of complex, multi-track clinical negligence claims, primarily on the claimant side—prior experience in claimant matters is essential.

The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of Civil Procedure Rules and protocols.

Requirements

• Enthusiastic solicitor with 1 to 3 years' PQE representing claimants
• Excellent understanding of Civil Procedure Rules and protocols

• Commitment to developing the firm’s business (marketing experience is a plus but not essential)
