Employment Lawyer - 3+ PQE - Kent / Hybrid - 12 Month Fixed Term Contract

We are seeking an experienced Employment Lawyer to join a thriving organization on a 12-month fixed term contract. This role offers a competitive salary of £40,000 - £50,000 DOE, flexible hybrid working arrangements, and a comprehensive benefits package including generous holiday allowance, health and dental benefits, and additional perks.

Responsibilities

1. Manage a diverse range of employment claims from initial instruction through to final hearing and post-hearing requirements.
2. Provide precise legal guidance, effectively manage client expectations, and mentor junior employment lawyers through each stage of litigation.
3. Handle employment tribunal procedures with a strong understanding of employment law.

Requirements

1. Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with a minimum of 3 years' PQE.
2. Extensive experience in employment law and employment tribunal procedures.
