HA Law (London UK) is looking for an experienced Lawyer to join us part-time on a project basis.

If you have 5+ years' experience drafting PPMs and investment documents, and enjoy working remotely across diverse client projects, we’d love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

• Drafting/reviewing Private Placement Memoranda (PPMs)
• Drafting subscription agreements, investor terms, disclaimers
