Law Staff Legal Recruitment Ltd is seeking an Employment Law Solicitor in Leeds with 2-5 years PQE to join a Top Legal 500 firm. You will manage a varied caseload and deliver advice on misconduct, grievances, and TUPE, while contributing to business development.

Qualificações

• 2–5 years PQE as an Employment solicitor admitted in England & Wales
• 2:1 degree or equivalent
• Strong technical ability and commercial awareness

Responsabilidades

• Manage day-to-day caseload of contentious and non-contentious employment matters
• Advise on misconduct, sickness absence, grievances, TUPE, and restructures
• Conduct Employment Tribunal litigation up to hearing stage
• Draft and negotiate Settlement Agreements
• Provide advice on industrial relations and strike action
• Deliver training sessions to clients on employment topics
• Support partners on complex matters and contribute to business development
