Our client, a well-known local Prestigious law firm, has a permanent vacancy for an Employment Law Paralegal to assist and liaise with the Partners, Solicitors, and other staff members. The position is based at the firm's head office in Belfast City Centre.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Providing assistance and support to the Partner on all Employment Law matters;
2. Attending court hearings with counsel when required;
3. Preparing documentation for court;
4. Reviewing documentation and preparing summaries of relevant content;
5. Drafting letters under partner/solicitor supervision;
6. Filing and photocopying;
7. Performing any other ad hoc duties as requested by the Partners.

Experience as a paralegal within a busy employment law department is preferred.

The position is full-time, and the salary is negotiable depending on experience.
