Paralegal – Private Client Team (Belfast)

A respected Belfast law firm is seeking a Paralegal to join its growing Private Client team, supporting solicitors with a range of matters including wills, probate, trusts, and estate administration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with the preparation of wills, enduring powers of attorney, and estate documents
• Support solicitors in the administration of estates and trusts
• Liaise with clients, financial institutions, and other professionals
• Maintain accurate case files and assist with client onboarding

About You:

• A law degree and minimum 6 months experience as a Paralegal (Legal Professional, Legal Executive)
• Experience working with Wills, Trusts, and Estates is required
• Previous experience with Trusts, Office of Care and Protection (OCP), Controllership cases, and registration of EPAs is a strong advantage
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• Compassionate and professional approach to client care
