Job summary

ARAG Law is recruiting an Associate to join our Employment Team with hybrid working from Bristol or Bedwas. You will handle a varied caseload advising both employees and employers on contentious and non-contentious matters, including discrimination, whistleblowing, and settlements.

Qualifications

• Experience advising on employment law matters.
• Good understanding of Employment Law and Tribunal Rules of Procedure.
• Ability to manage your own caseload effectively.
• Excellent client care and communication skills.
• Experience working within an employment law team.
• Experience managing litigated employment claims.

Responsibilities

• Manage your own employment law caseload across a broad range of matters.
• Advise clients on contentious and non-contentious employment issues.
• Develop advocacy skills where appropriate and gain hands-on experience.
