Job summary

You will handle a variety of contentious and advisory matters, develop client relationships, and contribute to high-value matters with supervision and supportive colleagues.

You will draft filings, reports and client materials, and have opportunities to develop advocacy skills, participate in business development, and use technology to enhance client service

Qualifications

• UK-qualified lawyer with 3+ years’ PQE or equivalent relevant experience.
• Experience in employment law across contentious and advisory work with strong research and drafting skills.
• Ability to analyse complex legal and factual issues and translate into practical advice.
• Interest in how legal technology can improve client service and delivery.
• Collaborative approach to knowledge sharing using team tools and precedents.
• Creative problem solving and clear, confident communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage a varied caseload of employment matters with supervision and collaboration.
• Advise employers across the UK with practical, commercially focused employment law guidance.
• Collaborate with team on complex matters and share knowledge to maintain high client service quality.
• Draft high-quality legal documents, tribunal responses, pleadings, and client reports.
