Job summary

Allianz UK seeks a Legal Advisor to join the Legal Advice team in Bristol. You will provide clear, practical employment law guidance to policyholders and internal stakeholders, explaining complex matters in plain language and building strong customer relationships.

The role is based in Bristol with hybrid working and training provided. You will stay up-to-date with legislation and work collaboratively to deliver high service standards across the business.

Qualifications

• Proven experience of providing legal advice on employment law issues.
• Working knowledge of property and consumer/contract law.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong telephone advisory skills and rapport-building with customers.
• Clear, practical explanation of legal concepts to non-legal audiences.
• Commitment to keeping up-to-date legal and technical knowledge.
• Experience working in a collaborative team environment.
• Law degree, LPC, SQE or equivalent qualification.
• Education at A-Level standard or equivalent with relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide clear, accurate and practical legal advice to customers, policyholders and internal stakeholders.
• Deliver advice primarily via telephone, explaining complex matters in an accessible way.
• Build strong relationships with customers through a professional, empathetic approach.
• Support colleagues across Allianz Legal Protection by sharing expertise.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant legislation and case law.
• Work collaboratively to deliver positive customer outcomes and high service standards.
