Job summary

Allianz is seeking a Legal Advisor to join the Legal Advice team in Bristol. You will provide clear, practical legal guidance to personal and commercial policyholders, mainly via telephone, on employment matters, while building strong customer relationships.

The role is based in Bristol with an expectation to attend the office one day per week after training, offering hybrid working and a supportive environment focused on wellbeing and development.

Qualifications

• Proven experience providing legal advice on employment law issues.
• Knowledge of property and consumer/contract law is advantageous.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, able to explain legal concepts clearly.
• Strong telephone advisory skills and rapport with customers.
• Ability to deliver clear, practical, commercially focused legal guidance.
• Commitment to keeping up-to-date legal and technical knowledge.
• Experience working in a collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide clear, accurate, practical legal advice to customers, policyholders and internal stakeholders.
• Deliver advice primarily via telephone in a straightforward, accessible way.
• Build strong customer relationships with a professional, empathetic approach.
• Support colleagues across Allianz Legal Protection with legal guidance as needed.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant legislation and case law.
• Collaborate with teammates to deliver positive customer outcomes and high service standards.
