This award-winning digital bank is seeking an experienced employment counsel to join its Employee Relations team in London.
In this role, you will play an integral part in shaping HR strategies, providing advice on the full spectrum of employment law, including contentious and non-contentious matters, as well as supporting corporate activities such as M&A.
Candidates should have trained and qualified at a top City law firm, with approximately 5 years' PQE advising Financial Services firms, fintechs, and challenger banks. Experience with the FCA's Conduct Rules and the Senior Manager & Certification Regime is highly desirable.
