Job Description:

• Provide in-depth, professional, and proactive employment law support across various business areas.
• Assist with Employee Relations, Policy drafting, M&A, and Tribunal and Contentious matters, managing both internal and external advisors.
• Support both domestic and international legal matters, collaborating with local advisers outside the UK.

The Successful Applicant:

Must be a fully qualified solicitor or barrister in England & Wales with 5-10 years PQE, experienced in employment law from a reputable law firm or in-house role. Experience with Trade Union matters is a plus but not required. The role requires being in Surrey office at least 2 days per week.
