Job summary

Capel Manor College is seeking an enthusiastic Employability Coach to support learners across the London Talent Pathways and Skills Bootcamps programmes. You will provide one-to-one coaching, deliver engaging employability workshops and help individuals build confidence and skills for sustainable careers.

Working with employers and curriculum teams, you will prepare learners for interviews, support job applications and coordinate recruitment activities, ensuring learners seize employment

• Ensure learners are ready to take advantage of employment opportunities generated through the College's employer network.
• Support the London Talent Pathways programme to achieve positive employment outcomes and meet performance targets.
