Qualifications

• 3+ years of PQE in Employment law.
• Trained at a well-regarded law firm with strong technical grounding.
• Experience advising employers on contentious and non-contentious matters.
• Confident communicator with strong commercial awareness.
• Highly organised with the ability to manage competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Advising employers on day-to-day and strategic employment issues.
• Handling employment disputes, including unfair dismissal, discrimination and whistleblowing claims.
• Supporting on workplace investigations, disciplinary and grievance matters.
• Advising on restructurings, redundancies, TUPE and the employment aspects of corporate transactions.
• Building strong relationships with clients and working closely with colleagues across international offices.
