Taylor Root Dusseldorf is recruiting an Employment Associate for a 12-month FTC in London (City). You will advise on a broad spectrum of employment matters, including advisory work, contentious tribunals, and senior-level terminations, within a leading international firm.

Qualifications

• Qualified solicitor in England & Wales with 3+ years’ PQE in employment law gained at a highly regarded international law firm.
• Strong background in advisory employment work.
• Experience in contentious matters including tribunals.
• Exposure to corporate support and transaction-related employment issues desirable.
• Excellent drafting and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a supportive and dynamic team environment.

The Role

You will advise on a broad spectrum of contentious and non-contentious employment law matters, including day-to-day HR issues, disciplinary matters, redundancies, and senior-level terminations. You will also have the opportunity to work on transactional matters and provide strategic advice to a diverse client base.
