Job summary

Right2Work is seeking an Employment Advisor to join our Employment team in Kendal. The role focuses on supporting individuals to obtain and sustain employment through our employability programmes.

You will work with unemployed adults, address barriers to work, and provide in-work support as needed across Kendal, South Lakes and Furness. DBS clearance is required and will be funded by Right2Work.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering employability support is desirable.
• Strong organisational skills and self-motivation.
• Commitment to helping people succeed.

Responsibilities

• Support individuals to obtain and maintain sustainable employment.
• Identify suitable opportunities and address barriers to work.
• Provide tailored support and interventions to disadvantaged jobseekers across Kendal, South Lakes and Furness.
• Maintain accurate support notes and records, monitor progress, complete assessments and set objectives.
