Job description

We have the exciting opportunity for an Employment Advisor to join our team delivering the NHS Peterborough Talking Therapies contract. The EA role is key and highly valued across the service, offering support and advice to clients to help them gain, return to, or retain employment.

This is a hybrid role.

Main duties of the job

Our Employment Advisors work closely with mental health clinicians and develop partnerships with stakeholders including employers, job centres, trade unions, and employment agencies.

This role offers the chance to gain knowledge of the local employment market and to liaise with schemes supporting clients' employment needs. You will join an experienced team committed to achieving the best outcomes for clients.

The role is fixed term until 31st March 2026, with a possibility of extension subject to DWP funding.
