About The Role

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our Employment Team across London, primarily based in the Royal Borough of Greenwich. Your role will involve supporting people with learning disabilities and/or autism into employment, helping them develop career goals and employability skills, engaging with employers, and maximizing work experience and employment opportunities for these individuals.

You will collaborate closely with our pan-London supported employment team and develop relationships with stakeholders including employers, job brokerage teams, job centres, local community groups, and partners in Greenwich.

About You

We are looking for candidates committed to improving the lives of adults with learning disabilities and autism, using a flexible, innovative, and person-centered approach. The ideal candidate will understand the needs of people with learning disabilities concerning employment and work towards set targets.

To succeed, you should have the energy to engage with people, build productive relationships, and empower individuals to reach their potential.
