Oaklands College is seeking an ambitious Employer Engagement Executive to drive employer partnerships and support learner recruitment and progression within the Professional Training provision.

You will build and sustain relationships with employers, industry partners, recruitment agencies and community organisations, align training with workforce needs, and create opportunities for learners to enter employment or progression.

Formación

• Experience of building and maintaining effective relationships with employers, businesses, stakeholders, or external partners.
• Experience communicating with stakeholders at different levels.
• Experience maintaining accurate records and using data to monitor activity and progress.
• Experience in education, training, employability, or recruitment environments is advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Build and nurture relationships with employers, industry stakeholders, recruitment agencies, and community organisations.
• Identify and develop new employer partnerships to expand the College's network.
• Develop referral pipelines to increase learner recruitment and enrolments.
• Represent Oaklands College at employer meetings, events and industry forums.
• Collaborate with internal teams on campaigns and gather labour market intelligence.
