We are currently seeking an experienced Employer Engagement Specialist to join us in this exciting role of Employer Engagement Coordinator.
This is a fixed-term contract until 31 March 2025, with the potential for extension.
London (hybrid - home-based with travel across London)
The Employer Engagement Coordinator's primary function is to engage with employers and the business sector to encourage their involvement in and creation of work experience placements for young people, providing meaningful encounters with the world of work.
The successful candidate will build and maintain effective relationships with a range of businesses and employers, involving cold calling and onboarding new employers/businesses. The role may require working at more than one location and traveling. Occasional work outside standard hours may be necessary. The role is external-facing, requiring attendance at face-to-face meetings with employers and stakeholders in various settings and at events.
