Agriculture Portfolio – Remote role with travel across key farming regions in the UK

We’re looking for a Customer Engagement Specialist to help farmers and contractors adopt our innovative app designed to strengthen working relationships and unlock the real return on investment from farm technology. Use your agricultural expertise to directly help UK farmers and contractors succeed with an app that improves collaboration and tech ROI.

This platform (Farmo) creates transparent connections between farmers and contractors, helping them build more efficient, reliable working relationships – and opening up further opportunities. Your role is to help them get started, stay supported, and see the value quickly.

As our Customer Engagement Specialist, you’ll work directly with farmers and contractors, providing practical, hands-on guidance – whether through calls, on-farm visits, or at events. You’ll be the trusted voice who understands the realities of working in agriculture and can help customers get tangible results from our products.

The salary is up to £40,000 (DOE) plus company benefits.

What You’ll Do:

  • Guide farmers and contractors through onboarding and setup
  • Support users via calls, video sessions, and face-to-face visits
  • Represent the product at farm events, shows, and demo days
  • Gather and relay feedback to help improve user experience
  • Contribute to user support materials (guides, tips, videos)
  • Build lasting relationships that lead to long-term engagement and advocacy
